The Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a member-driven organization focused on helping real estate professionals grow through leadership, advocacy, networking & mentorship, and community involvement.

Join YPN for an interactive conversation with Sara Monzo of Fairway Home Mortgage at Cockrell Hard Cider in downtown Puyallup, as we explore what it takes to build a successful and sustainable real estate career.

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate marketing, Sara understands the challenges professionals face when building their brand, connecting with consumers, and standing out in today’s market. She speaks both REALTOR® and consumer and brings a unique perspective on marketing, confidence-building, and creating authentic connections.

This conversation will focus on the real challenges agents face today:
