Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the installation of TPCAR's 2026 Board of Directors and honor this year's outstanding members with our 2025 Annual Awards.

We are also proud to continue our tradition of partnership with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Pierce County, who will be installing their 2026 Board of Directors and recognizing their dedicated volunteers.

These exceptional members have shown remarkable dedication to their clients, businesses, communities, and the real estate industry. They embody what it truly means to be a REALTOR®.

Meet the Mayor – 4:30 PM
Ticket holders are invited to arrive early for an exclusive one-hour Meet the Mayor reception with newly elected Tacoma Mayor Anders Ibsen.

Cocktail & Networking – 5:30 PM
Make your entrance on the red carpet and kick off the evening with an elegant cocktail and networking, featuring a live DJ, fine wine, craft beer, a signature cocktail, and a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres.

Dinner Service – 6:15 PM
Enjoy your choice of Hand-Carved Flank Steak with Rosemary, Grilled Salmon Fillet with Lemon Vermouth Butter, or Vegetarian Lasagna.
