Join us for an insightful REALTOR® Advocacy Event that brings together REALTORS® and city planners from across Pierce County for a deep dive into the future of local land use and projected growth. This is your chance to hear directly from the people shaping the communities where you work and serve clients.

At each Housing Evolution Series event, city planners from cities in Pierce County will present key information on land use policies, development trends, and growth projections. Each session will provide REALTORS® with essential insights into the future of residential and commercial development, infrastructure planning, and zoning changes that impact the real estate market.

Have questions about how future growth will impact your business? The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, offering you the opportunity to engage directly with local decision-makers and ask questions relevant to your market.
