The Designated Brokers Council brings together brokerage leaders for open discussion about current industry issues, updates on TPCAR initiatives, and insights from guest experts. This forum allows Designated Brokers to exchange ideas, stay informed, and help shape the conversation around the challenges and opportunities facing the real estate profession. 

What to Expect:

  • 2026 legislative session recap with Washington REALTORS and TPCAR advocacy
  • Organizational updates: Hear from TPCAR leadership on key issues affecting brokers and the real estate industry.
  • Peer Roundtable Discussion: Share your experiences, ask questions, and exchange insights with fellow designated brokers in a collaborative forum.
