TPCAR / WR Focus Group

Description

TPCAR has been invited by Washington Realtors to host a Focus Group led by Mike Luis. The intent of the focus group is to determine how homebuyers have reacted to the choices before them and how their choices may have changed over time. What decisions do buyers go through trying to live in their desired neighborhood that may be convenient for their job but then find themselves unable to afford to live there? Are they able to find housing in the greater area? For WR and our industry, this is valuable information to couple with various data points, especially commutes data and jobs-housing ratios. This session will run no longer than Noon, and likely closer to 90 minutes.
