DESCRIPTION:Master Builders Pierce County and the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS are excited to introduce the 2026 Home Building Bus Tour!This tour is designed to take elected officials and city planners who represent jurisdictions throughout Pierce County on a guided journey of the home building process\, from permitting to purchase. Free lunch will be provided to all attendees\, and the event is open for MBA and TPCAR members to attend at no cost.\n\nPierce County is experiencing a significant housing crisis\, which is why our associations believe in a legislative agenda that creates attainable housing solutions. We have had the opportunity for many years to work with local leaders\, elected and staff\, to better create attainable housing.
