The Washington Realtors DEI Committee is hosting NAREB's Local President Nicole Bascomb to discuss Black Homeownership programs, partnerships and ways REALTORS can support breaking barriers to homeownership.

Nicole R. Bascomb-Green is the Owner and Designated Broker of Bascomb Real Estate Group. Nicole has worked in the banking/real estate industry for over 28 years and has worked in multiple key roles as a banker, underwriter, loan officer and now real estate broker. Nicole holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s in marketing and uses her education and experience to work as a key stakeholder in the industry to increase home ownership and real estate investment for Black people in the state of Washington.

As a community member, Nicole sits on the board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) – Western Washington Chapter, as President; and the National Black MBA Association – Seattle Chapter, as the VP of Programming; and the Seattle Metropolitan Urban League. Nicole is currently married to her husband Michael and has 3 daughters: Niaya, Sanyh and Symirah.
