With an extensive background in mortgage finance, Amy brings distinct savvy and expertise to the table. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years as a President of a small brokerage, working at two large banks, and now her present position as a Producing Sales Manager at Guild Mortgage Company. Due to this unique perspective, Amy offers a fresh, common sense approach to every day subject matter. Amy is able to communicate understanding without judgment, wit without offense, and break down very complex subject matter so it is easily understood. Amy's passion first and foremost is mortgage lending and helping your clients secure the right loan that meets their long and short term financing goals. In addition, she is active in the housing community as the TPCAR Affiliate Chair Elect, 2012 WCR Membership Committee Chair, Member of the United Way of Pierce County Housing and Income Impact Team, and the 2012 Outreach Chair for the Affordable Housing Consortium of Pierce County. She is an approved educator through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission since 1993, and State Certified Clock Hour Instructor for the last 9 years.
