Ashley Williams is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Movement Mortgage, proudly serving Tacoma and all of Pierce County. With years of experience helping families achieve homeownership, Ashley specializes in guiding first-time buyers, self-employed borrowers, and anyone looking to refinance with confidence and clarity.
She is especially passionate about connecting buyers with Down Payment Assistance programs, including local Tacoma initiatives and Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) options. Ashley is known for her ability to “stack” resources to maximize affordability and make homeownership accessible to more families.
