Live Online/Zoom Course
Stay current with Washington’s new 3-hour Department of Licensing (DOL)-required Fair Housing course, which must be completed with each license renewal and counts toward the 30 hours of continuing education required for active licensees.
This course explores the history and societal context of housing discrimination, federal and state fair housing laws, protected classes, relevant court cases, and the role of brokers and managing brokers in preventing discrimination.

- Federal and Washington fair housing requirements and protected classes
- Common fair housing issues and prohibited practices
- Broker and managing broker responsibilities
- Relevant government agencies and complaint processes
The course covers the Federal Fair Housing Act and Washington Law Against Discrimination as they apply to real estate transactions.
Zoom Requirements
To receive credit, you must attend the entire class and may not miss more than 15 minutes. Your camera must remain on, and you must attend from a stationary location.
