 Dives deeper into the issues, the limitations on appraisers and numerous new steps in determining IF they can appraise a property in many cities and how to provide the information to lenders. We will analyze the impact on the required highest and best use and the additional new information related to the cost and income approaches, PLUS demonstrate some of the problems brokers, appraisers, and borrowers will face.
