TPCAR RPAC Phone Bank Fundraiser

Join a group of your fellow TPCAR members as we make our push to reach our 2024 RPAC fundraising goals of a 37% participation rate and 30+ major investors!

This social event is being hosted at McMenamin's Restaurant in Tacoma and is always a fun afternoon with food, beverages, and good company for our volunteers.

RPAC is a critical tool in funding REALTOR® Advocacy efforts at the local, state, and national levels, including supporting REALTOR®-endorsed candidates for office and advocating for issues impacting the industry and our clients - homeowners.

If you can't join us, consider making an investment in RPAC online to support our mission. Major wins for RPAC in recent years include:

• Receiving "essential service" status during COVID shutdowns to ensure you could continue to do business and clients could transact their property.
• Defeating a proposal to implement a 7% capital gains tax on real estate.
• Passing "missing middle" housing changes to allow for more housing supply and homeownership opportunities for consumers.
