James Jamie Gregory

About

Jamie has lived and worked in the Puyallup area for more than 35 years. Jamie knows Puyallup and Puyallup knows Jamie. He has built new homes, represented new construction, sold new homes and condominiums, sold at auction, successfully represented local and out-of-state buyers and sellers, bought older homes and staged and remodeled homes. He has also negotiated many transactions and large investments. In 2021, 2022, 2023,2024 and 2025 Jamie represented buyers or sellers or builders averaging more than 50 unique transactions per year, earning the coveted President's Award each year.

Jamie likes to serve his community. He loves things that support his family, his faith and his fitness. He likes to read and hike. He also likes to help stage the Puyallup Rodeo as a member of the PRCA and as a Puyallup Rodeo Wrangler. A long-time volunteer at the Pierce and Kitsap County YMCA, he's climbed Mt. Rainier 2 times and completed 15 marathons. He's also emceed and/or auctioneered more than 100 events in Pierce and King County resulting in more than $10M raised for area non-profits. As a Past-President of the Puyallup Aging in Community Committee, Jamie helped Puyallup become the first Age-Friendly City in Washington State as designated by AARP and the World Health Organization. Jamie is a Past-Executive Area Governor for Rotary District 5020. He's a Past-President of the Rotary Club of Puyallup, and has helped start 2 new clubs to serve the Graham-Frederickson-Eatonville area and Bonney Lake-Tehaleh Club of which he's also a Past-President. He has 3 grown sons that all live in Pierce County and 2 granddaughters, Andi and Scottie! After 35 years in Puyallup, Jamie and Stacie live in Trilogy in Tehaleh.
