Kathy Lawber has been in the real estate industry for 28+ years. She began as a licensed assistant and as soon as she had a strong understanding of the business - from the paperwork to customer service and marketing - she struck out on her own as a broker.
Real estate is an ever-changing business, and Kathy effortlessly moves with the changing industry tides. She attends conferences and classes to stay current with the market, rules and regulations and laws. Kathy places great importance on being a trusted advisor for her clients and to help them navigate the real estate transaction in a way that benefits their goals and needs.
She works with all kinds of clients and their specific needs, including referral and repeat business as well as those looking to relocate. Kathy specializes in Pierce, South King and Thurston Counties.
Kathy gives back by donating a portion of each commission to the John L. Scott Foundation. She is a member of the Puyallup Kiwanis Club, as it’s important to her how much Kiwanis does to help children and families in her local community. In her free time, Kathy loves spending time with her son and close friends, and she also enjoys trying new restaurants, going to movies, playing golf and bowling.
