REALTOR® Therese Gesch is a compassionate person with integrity who truly cares about what is best for her clients. She has an eye for detail when it comes to homes and properties. With her passion for helping people, Therese is an excellent advocate for her clients.

As someone who has been through the process as both buyer and seller, she understands real estate can sometimes be complicated. She is devoted to educating her clients through the selling or buying process and believes this is essential in minimizing stress for a successful experience.

The daughter of a contractor, Therese has spent her life around construction. She has built homes, developed land, purchased existing homes, designed and managed home remodels (including business build outs). She knows how to help clients recognize quality construction and can offer advice on what to look for in a well-built home.

From a young age Therese has had a strong work ethic and continues ongoing education to offer the latest tools and marketing for her clients. Before her career in real estate, Therese was a business owner and teacher. She has many years of customer service experience and will go the extra mile to help her client achieve their real estate goals.

Therese has spent her life in the Puget Sound area and feels fortunate to call it home. Having knowledge of the area allows her to provide helpful information and tips for clients.
