Tim Bartlett is licensed as a real estate managing broker in the state of Washington.

Tim has brought extensive experience in negotiation, communication and personnel management into his real estate business after a 15 year career in law enforcement in New Zealand.

Tim began his real estate career in the Pacific Northwest in 2017. He brought with him not only skills in negotiation and communication but also personnel and business management. His interest in real estate began when he purchased his first home in the United States. He got his start in real estate with John L. Scott's office in the north of Kitsap County and moved to their office in Tacoma-University Place in 2022 to be better positioned to meet the needs of his clients.

Tim has a passion for physical fitness and worked as a personal trainer and triathlon coach before he transitioned into residential real estate. He has completed the 'Ironman' triathlon in 3 countries and these days can be found jogging his way around the trails and roads of Ruston & Point Defiance Park.

Tim has a lifelong interest in local & international travel and visits New Zealand every year.
